The hotel offers beautiful and very clean rooms that are serviced daily with fresh towels upon request. However, due to its location near trams and on the outskirts of amenities, noise from elevator, neighbors' conversations, and even toilet flushes could be heard throughout the night.
My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms were clean and organized, featuring a small balcony with seating arrangements, but felt a bit small for two large suitcases. The service, while pleasant, lacked a bit of friendliness, especially at the reception. The location was convenient for my needs, being close to the Milano Convention Centre but had some safety concerns and limited parking. The dining experience was lovely but slightly overpriced in my opinion.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with clean and spacious rooms, but the WiFi signal was a bit weak in my room. The staff were friendly and even went the extra mile to chill our drinks. The location was convenient, although it was a bit far from the city center. The dining experience was good but not exceptional.
